how do diesels work ?

Featured Replies

right i know they work on compression rather than a spark to aid combustion but how does the throttle work as there isnt a throttle body on a diesel ?

petrol easy the wider the tb is open the more power you doth make but in a diesel what does it control the injectors ??

Oh right...yeah, it's just connected to the injectors, though there's usually some wires and a ECU between them... :D
