Hi i have just had an oil change and the garage has used Titan SuperSyn G 5-30w. the car is a 2004 Octavia 110bhp 1986cc any answers appreciated.

I use their LongLife stuff in my 110TDI, no issues for my 180k mile motor :thumbup:
