Been busy busy today messing around with wood :)

Test fit

Then added the carpet and ended up making patterns with the overhang lol

Then put it in again

Then added monkey to cover a bit of a dodgy corner but it had to be done or it wouldn't be easily removed.

And a few fancy shots to show the idea that most impressed me. The cable entry pipes :)

Opinions welcome. I can still access the spare wheel before anyone says it's in practical. :D

I like it...especially if you could get the ball to bounce on the sub

Looks perfect mate can't fault it , Looks nice and its practical ... maybe a bigger sub in the future tho ;)

Thats how i think im gonna do mine aswel, jus need to get round to doing it

The only problem with that build is that it makes the boot virtually useless. Here's what I put in a mk3 Golf GTI

I still had access to the spare wheel and could load the boot without worrying about anything wrecking the amp or sub, although to be fair there was a bit more room in the Golf than the Furby.

I'm getting a perspect sheet made to cover it if n when I need it. But tbh most of the time it's only footballs n footy boots lol

Nice work. Had a similar setup years back in my old Clio. I had a remote switch so if I did end up putting stuff on the sub I would just turn it off.

Nice you've still got the spare but to be honest I'd be tempted to ditch it all together. Most nowadays it's an option if nothing at all. Plus gives more room for a bigger box.

Nice one, could you link me to the carpet you used?

Just used the standard carpet dude

Maplins sell speaker cloth and carpet etc, give there a try mate.

I got the speaker cloth for my stealth shelf there for about £7

but it had to be ordered in as it is cut to your own specified size.

Took 2 days to come in. Only ended up using about a third of what I bought,

I got extra to allow for mistakes though.

Where did you get the little hoops which the amp wires fed through.
