ok so in the past week, both front and today rear breaks have been stripped down, cleaned up, greased up and put back on and still my annoying sqeualing persists.......i even check the handbrake wasnt sticking and all mechanisms are moving freely..what now? it does it when braking and turning left apparently. like i said all brakes were rubbed down and working fine. its doing it when the wheel is slowly coming to a stop, something to do with the hub maybe?

oh and its definetely coming from the rear

Same here mate. I personally think its coming from the rear headrests! :smirk:

I'll be sorting mine tonight as they drive me up the wall..

nah mines aint interior, its definetely exterior. driving me up the wall, whether pulling up to traffic lights or just slowing down it

turning heads, bloody embarrasing....dont know what to do now, ive greased up moving parts to ensure its not them but its persistant, sounds like the pads are rubbing but like i said they were stripped back today, unless its just cheap disks and pads that the previous owner fitted thats the problem, plenty of life in them though :(

I had the same problem, when I stripped mine down I also filed down the edges of the pads as they appeared to be in contact with the discs. It seems to have worked so might be worth a shot
