My Octy 110bhp has 56k on the clock, and regular service history. Recently it seems to have lost its Mojo; its usual get up and go has gone: it has an intermittent misfire particularly in 3rd gear at about 3000 revs. I don't suspect that too much is wrong. Is it likely to need injectors or something simpler to sort.

Try unplugging the MAF sensor. If the the car runs better with it unplugged the MAF is knackered.
