Columbus Sat Nav + Bluetooth and Voice controll

Hi All! Need small advice.

Replaced today my Swing radio with MFD3 RNS510 usnit Version C ,Hardware version H42, with LED backlit screen. GPS, radio and other stuff working fine but I do have few questions to owners of this devices:

1) How to force unit to show not only time but also temperature ? Currently only time is picked up via CAN BUS.

2) What extra equipment I need to enable voice control and connect phone via bluetooth ? Is this a single device or I need two different?

3) How to set GPS voice louder , otherwise radio or MP3 completely masking GPS.
