I'm Paul, 26 from Waterlooville area of Hampshire,

I have just bought the mrs a Octavia VRS MK1 to replace her diesel tank, I have a new work van but got fed up of driving the Xsara and wanted something pretty quick again so hence the Octavia plus we have 2 children so it's a ideal family car too.

I'm a Pro detailer so looking forward to giving it a going over, its not the tidiest examples around but its had lots of work done and was good value for money, I will post some pics in a thread once i've got the time to give her a spruce.

Welcome to Briskoda, this site has been a great help to me over the last year when i got my Silver mk1 vRS.

They are a cracking car too, unforunately i just sold my silver one, i bought it for my GF as her daily but she found it a bit too juicy.

I miss it already.

this forum could save you alot of money if somethings not right but also will cost you a fortune if you go along the tuning route. lol
