Hi I purchased my Vrs in December and only tried the air con last week in the really hot weather.when I switched it on I could hear a loud hissing noise from behind the center air vents and it didnt seem to cool efficiently,the noise was constant and wasnt dependant on fan speed do I turned it off and tried it the next day.the noise was stool there although not as loud but air con does appear to be cooling.just wondered if anybody else has experienced anything similar at all or any suggestions as to what could be causing the noise.

Mine does this too but thought nothing of it..... although mine is overdue a re-gas

Mine hissed for the last couple of summers... Hissed lots with this warm time we've had and no cold air at all!

Today I got it re gassed.. apparently it was completely empty! No more Hiss! Lots more cold air!
