While I am delighted so many of you are taking delivery of your new Superbs I would really like mine please.

Just had an email from James to say.

'Your new Superb has finally made it to the UK.

It's sitting at the port at Sheerness waiting to be loaded onto a transporter to delivery it to us. I doubt it will come this week although it may turn up Thursday.

I'll let you know once I get confirmation that it is on the way. I hope you had a nice weekend.'

I have just completed 70mile round trip to Perth for work- display showing average for the trip of 64.6 MPG- not bad for four day old car with 350miles on the clock.

I won't tell you what mpg I'm getting at the moment, but let's just say it better improve as I start to rack up the miles (still love the car though).

Mine is also in the UK, presumably at Grimsby! I'll ring my dealer tomorrow and ask for an eta as I have a few things to arrange beforehand.

In the V6 make that 30 mins drive time plus 2 stops to refuel :'(

Plus the full tank of fuel!!
