I have read many wheels posts but i am not sure i completely understand, can some one clarify for me whether or not these will fit?

No, for starters you need something with a PCD of 5x100 (or adaptors from 5x100 to whatever the new wheels are, in this case 5x114).

the high offset would be adapter friendly tho....

but, deffo better to purchase the 1.2s in 5x100 as stated above.
