1.9 tdi

Time to sell?

Well that's a statement not a question and very little info, mileage for example?

Would think it's either going to be an injector letting by or a faulty tandem pump.

200000 miles/taxi.what is a tandem pump?

It's the vacuum/fuel pump driven by the camshaft.

I'd have a look in MBV with diagnostics such as VCDS and see if any of the injectors are reading incorrectly, this should indicate if one is worn or not.
