soon to hopefully pick up my new black vrs, but i would like the grille colour coded

is it as simple as taking it to a bodyshop and having it painted black or is it painted the same black as the car?

sorry if that sounds stupid but want it to look right

Have a look at this thread.

You can buy vinyl wrap from ebay for about £4 and do it yourself rather than paying a bodyshop to do it.

Vinyl wrap doesn't match, infact it's not even close.

I have a professionally sprayed black magic grill and it's spoton

Well not it's not perfect, but without getting up close, you can't tell.

For £4 compared to the cost of a respray, I know which I'd choose.
