which brake pads and spark plugs for the vrs?

hi all im on the look out for a a set of spark plugs and brake pads allround can any one recomend the following for my octavia vrs 2007 cheers simon

Standard or upgraded pads?

And stick with OEM NGK plugs.

just standard dont want to be spending a fortune as the cars booked in on thursday for the cambelt and water pump and also a wheel bearing!!ohhhch!

Then get onto vwspares.co.uk its were i get my pads for the car and van :thumbup:

OEM pads on OEM discs, or if you want a bit more bite and won't be tracking the car then I'd say EBC red/Yellow are worth a look.

I used the red and found them excellent, but have to admit that since I'm just motorway mile munching these days I've been on the OEM pads again.
