Sorry if it's been asked a million times before but after an hour and half of searching and googling I've eventually given up.....

I used to have VCDS Lite on my old laptop which was stolen and I've just installed the lite version onto my new laptop but I can't remember how the hell to get the cable talking to the laptop.

Is there a direct link to a driver I can download, and then once that;s done what do I need to do to get the system ready to use?

Most likely these are the drivers:

Once installed go to device manager note the comm port assigned set VCDS to match.
