The "Cat-Eye" system in the interior light.... is it manually opperated? or does it come on with the headlights?

Is it possible to just order this part from the skoda dealers and fit it yourself?

It comes on with the lights.

2 red lights/led,s that are illuminated when the lights are switched on.

What sunroof switch...the comfort trim doesnt have sunroof..

Its in the front interior light unit, so being honest I would imagine the sunroof switch would bein with that as well...if the car had a sunroof.

Many thanks for the info... i'm looking at adding this interior light onto my octy, but the octy's sunroof switch is on a seperate panel next to the interior light. This is why i was checking whether you had sunroof on yours or not (even though a comfort you could still have one as an option). as im after a superb cat-eye light without sunroof as this will fit my octy and wasn't sure whether they were available.... but you've confirmed they are!

Dont forget the Superb also has front seat individual reading lights as well as a front main interior light all in the same unit.

yup octy has as well.

Have a search through the forums - someone did a step-by-step guide to fitting this to the Octy a while back. IIRC it's fairly straightforward to replace the Octy console with the other model.
