Merc rims 16inch 7j

Featured Replies

Just bought some merc rims 16inch7j along with 15mm wheel adaptors. The car is lowered to the limit on ap coilovers the car with standard alloys sits with the tyres just in the arches. Has anyone any experience with what tyres im going to need on the merc rims eg. Stretch fit tyres. To prevent scrubbage on the arches etc. Thanks in advance danny.

For anyone to hazard a guess they are going to need to know the ET of the merc wheels (and ideally your current ones as well)

I believe the et is 37 after sum research on the web havnt gt access to look at the rims yet

You have got stud adaptors haven't you? 5x112 to 5x100

15mm adapters on an ET37 will bring you down to ET22.

This will bring the outer edge of the wheel/tyre out 22mm.

Arch rolling time?
