Can anyone advise what size the front speakers are? I guess 6.5" or 16cm??

I would also appreciate any suggestions of good replacement speakers as the original ones are horrid!! Where to buy and price guide too.

Don't want to buy speakers and find they don't fit or are just as bad.

Try a search its been covered. I think they are 16cm.

The original speakers are near enough 16cm but only have a depth of (IIRC) 46mm. I've got some 16cm Alpine custom fit co-axial speakers on order, if you give me a day or two I'll let you know how the fitting goes.

Can we all agree that front speakers are 16cm? Would like to here from people who have sucessfully fitted these as I am concerned that they fit properly (depth as well)

Please name good replacements (make and model no's) that sound sweet.

I have a set of TS-E1776 Pioneer speakers fitted in the front of mine. They say 17cm on the box, althought the screw holes diameter is 15.6cm and depth 54.5mm (the drivers side one just about went in, there was a slight obstruction behind which I bent out of the way )
