can someone please help?

You have two faulty flap motors in the heater assembly behind the dash. They control the flow of air through the heater assembly.

I have done some research and saw about the flap motor but I dont understand if it is just one motor, or more?!

Is this the right picture of this part?

Does someone knows the part number of this two motors?

Thanks in advance!

Yes Correct.

On attached picture, you can see the two sparepart numbers.

Before replacing anything I would try to recalibrate the flap motors (VCDS). It often solves it.
