You don't need it.

14 self tappers. ( non rusty ones)

Line splitter up with bumper.

Screw away.

Chop ends off what you got left on either side.

A bit of bending here and there to get a good fit is the trickiest bit. Make sure you got a mate handy.

Chop a inch or so off each end

Chop the two little tabs down an inch or so

Line up

Screw away

I did mine without mates, used lots of tape instead
