I have a 2006 Octavia 1.9 TDI.

The cabin cooling fan doesn't seem to operate unless on setting 4 which isn't the most practical of things... The air-con seems to work but again only on setting 4 and only the windscreen clearing jets and the side jets seem to be working when on setting 4...

is there anyone who can offer any explanation for this?
