Finally got around to do it

Featured Replies

Finally painted my grill. Used Halfords Grey plastic primmer and satin black paint. I'm really pleased with how it looks, just need to get a new badge.

Unfortunately I have no patients, I wet sanded, 2 coats of primmer, waited 2 hrs and then gave a light wet sand followed by 3 coats of satin black. I should have waited overnight for the primmer to go off properly really but like I said I have no patients.

I'll see how it lasts but it's so easy to do I don't mind redoing if every year.

Looks good. I have still got some Ford Panther Black and plastic primer kicking around from when I colour coded my Focus ST grills. Might get on with it now I have seen yours.

Looks good
