Unless you are out of control going up the big hill with the loose rocks

or you need to get off and push your bike up the same hill

or worse you need a spectator to help you push your bike

or even worse you are stuck in the mud around the back where the only spectator there all day has a Nikon and is not afraid to use it

but if your dad is taking you on laps of the paddock behind the pits everything is peaches
