2nd and 3rd service - what's done?

Featured Replies

Hi guys, wondered if anyone had details of what was included in the Yeti 1.8 TSi's service schedule? Reason I ask is that I've just received a flyer from Skoda Finance offering me the next two services (2nd and 3rd for me) for £299 including a free £50 Skoda accessories voucher. Seems like a good deal as I'm guessing the next two services are probably around a minimum of £200 each. I'm guessing (but really after confirmation...) that the brake fluid and spark plugs should be included in the next two services?

Can anyone please confirm the service schedule? :-)

Thanks in advance.

Hi Focus,

will all be in the front of the service book. With my new Monster she will according to the book not need brake fluid until year three. This is a new one on me so glad I read the manual.

Took this service plan out for the wifes Fabia last December but at that time the voucher was £100; still pondering what to spend it on as both cars have just about all they need :wonder: Roof bars might be an option but I'm loathed to pay the full RRP when shopping about can get the Thurle aero bars and foot pack for around £125 and somehow I prefer the look of the non standard item.

Regards,

TP

Thanks TP. Reason I posted was that I've not been able to find the cars document wallet since my last skoda oil change. Hoping it turns up soon!

That's something for me to think about re what I could spend the vouchers on; as you know I'm also looking into roof bars currently.

Many thanks.

Ps if anyone does have the service info to hand I'd appreciate it otherwise I will just ring the dealer to ask (and probably get duff info!)

Dealer not put the pack back after the oil change stamp :wonder: had that one before. If you cannot find the service pack then you can order a new one and the dealer should be able to re-stamp the dates of work they carried out.

Hope of some help,

TP
