Was wondering if someone might be able to help. I have had my car for over four years and today the radio has stopped working. It turns on and displays SAFE and then comes up without prompting me to enter a code or anything like that and then plays for about 5 minutes before switching off. I then have to wait for about 20 minutes before it will turn on again and once again show SAFE. Checked the manual and it says if SAFE comes up then it should prompt for the code, also I have not had any issues with my battery being flat either and car started first time without issue when the radio first displayed this.
