Took delivery of a brand-new Octavia Estate Vrs on 21 May, having had nothing but Mitsubishi cars since the late Seventies! My previous car was twelve-years old, so all the new technology on the Octavia is very impressive. I hope to keep the new car as long!

Know what you mean. I am discovering something new every day. Yesterday it was the rain-sensor controlled wipers and before that, to my delight, I discovered that there is a menu option to dip the lights tother way for driving on the continent. I am backwards and forwards all the time, so it is a great boon!

Hello everyone I decided to update my 2014 Skoda Octavia to a newer age. First changed the MIB1 to MIB2, and then decided to add a rear view camera (there are other projects on the way like MFK1 to MFK2). I want to tell the story so someone else does not make the same mistakes I did. My Skoda never had a camera, so I bought one from a scrapyard, a 3V0827566N without the wiring harness, it scrapped with the body. But since I had no wiring I needed a harness, contacted Skoda Parts, got no concre

Prepping to do 2.0TSi clutch in future - plenty of time and opportunity as I mentioned recently I have a 1.8T L&K Octy also ! I'd seen a comment at some point someone recommending to change rear main seal whilst you are in there. Something to watch for? Also as below

One of the scourges of Greek roads are abandoned motorcycles. Some they have suffered major damage and are not being repaired, some because owners have abandoned them because they no longer want them, other they are stolen, etc. The process to be removed from the from the State takes from 3 months to 3 years. Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse
