Should have done that whilst we were over, not that far from you. (Dol de Bretagne & Derval) Noticed a lot of Skoda's in the area but never found the dealership. Having spent too much it might have to wait until we are back over in Derval in August.

I took a gamble and bought these My link a couple of weeks ago. They just about fit the Yeti the fixing feet are fine and have a built in locking system, I took the plastic end caps off the bars and managed to fit the system. The bars are really good quality and have high grade aluminium 120cm "Aero" bars. I found they are made by an Italian company called MANABO, on the manufacturers web site they are called "BRIO see here My link I think the longer bar set with 135cm bars called BRIO XL would be a more comfortable fit on the yeti they quoted me today 66.2 Euros (£59.14 at todays rate)plus 42 Euros delivery to the UK, making a total of £96.64 for a top quality set of alloy locking bars.

Thule standard 127cm steel roof bars in very good condition; £24 inc delivery

Thule 775 foot-pack bought but never used (still sealed up); £61 inc delivery

Total: £85

Saved £30 over Internet new price and the kit is as good as new

Ask for details of payment and postage to the UK for the BRIO XL. Tell them that this is the result of an enquiry by Stanley Jackson so they will know what you want.

Let me know how you get on perhaps we could get a set of BRIO XL bars and my 135cm bars in the same parcel for their quoted postage price.

Thanks Stan, I will try that, but with delivery to our friends in France, as we will be over there in just over a month. Joint delivery sounds like a good idea. Are you in a hurry for yours?
