Just had the car put on Eibach springs today (25mm pro-kit). I know it's only an inch but the back end looks exactly the same as it did before Eibach's were fitted.

Will settle a bit more over time or is it just a myth?

Apart from that the car drives much better, no lift off when pulling off quick and not as much body roll through the corners.

They arnt bad but still dont sit low enough for me, front i can live with, back way too much of a gap, Collies for me soon

When I had FSD's and Eibach fitted, it did take a few days - a week before it settled. I could fit the jack under the sill beam thing just fine the day after they were fitted, it doesn't fit without lifting the car slightly by the wheel arch now.

Hope so.

It's sad I know but I measured (before the change) from arch to top of tyre and the gap was 70mm, now (after change) and 25 miles of driving it's still only 60mm.

15mm to go!!

Update - Two days after fitment, springs have now settled a bit more (around 20mm drop now), but springs are now creaking on all 4 corners over any sort of bump.

Annoying!!!

Is this the bedding in stage??

Mine didn't creak,they do settle so don't worry.

I found what was causing the creak. One of the springs wasn't sitting in it's bed correct, a few twists and turns sorted that. (Just the one spring. Panicked a bit yesterday)

They seem to be settling now.
