Well, went to my local garage today to book my Octavia in for a service, hung around inside for 10 mins and there was nobody there!!!!

It's the one in Redditch if you want to pop over and help yourself to anything in the cars radios etc, they're all open!!! Joking aside, this is shocking customer service and I am going to give the garage a call in the morning and speak to the manager....
