Colour Choice 2012

Featured Replies

Wow seems I was lucky, and one of the last to get Forrest Green for 4x4 Elegance, I believe that green is an apropriate colour for a 4x4 even a soft-roader why would Skoda drop Forrest Green?

I got this info from the 2012 Brochure.

There have been many colours dropped by various manufacturers.

Most of them are due to a pigment factory (or something like that) which didn't fare too well in Japan during the crisis.

The Yeti was available in the UK in Amazon Green (was this called Forest Green in the rest of Europe perhaps?). However this colour is being replaced by Regency Green (called Malachite Green in the rest of Europe). The UK June 2011 brochure (MY2012 cars) shows the new green in the middle of the bottom row - however it may well be a much darker shade than shown in the brochure!

Yes you are right Amazonian green; I was close. Ours is the only Yeti in this colour I've seen. We live by Colwyn Bay and until about a month ago had seen no Yeti's and in the last few weeks have seen a huge increase, must 8 or 10. Visitors perhaps, mostly silver/grey colour.:giggle:
