Whilst I was adjusting and refitting my car phone bracket last night, I have inadvertantly lost the link which adjusts the air vents. My bracket sits to the left of my climatronic controls and as I pulled out the climatronic pod, the "springy" link pinged off. Unfortunately I ran out of time to completely restrip the dashboard to re-fit.

If I remove just the radio, will I have enough access to refit the link? Does the radio sit in some form of cage to the bottom? If I can't get access then I guess it's a case of stripping everything out :(

Any thoughts?
