HP elite 7200

Featured Replies

Morning all :) We are looking to upgrade our PC's in the office and the IT crowd that we use are recommending HP Elite 7200 running 4 GB ram and windows 7 64bit. Does anyone know anything about HP machines and are these any good?

Not sure if this will help but nearly all our business machines, both laptop and desktop are HP. The standard laptop is a HP Elitebook 8440 though - Intel® Core™ i5-520M Processor, 2 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM, 250 GB 7200 rpm SATA II, DVD+/-RW.

The HP's tend to be fairly reliable and robust but we've had the odd HDD go down. One weakness we have noticed though is AC adapters and potentially batteries. They don't seem to last the course and we are regularly replacing them within the 3 year period that we normally keep them for.
