Intercooler pipe

EDIT: Please ignore below. He has now been told after a bit of discussion that they will do the screws and seal for £60.

Son's Fabia vrs in the garage at the moment (MOT + service) It's about 6/7 years old. They say intercooler pipe is leaking and it will cost £50 to reseal. Is this about right? would a new one be more cost effective?

ALso, all the screw underneath (what ever that means!) need replacing - £60.

A quick answer would be most welcome
