is it a doable diy job? just working out how much i could save on labour if going down the hybrid route.

If you have some experience working on cars and access to a good workshop or garage, or mates that do, then yeah it can be done via the DIY route.

only problem is no ramp. would have to be the axel stand route. tools wouldnt really be a problem.
