After getting some roof bars so I can put the old push iron on my roof for a few trips out in the dales.... Just wondered are the roof bars for the fabia a particular fit or could I just whack a universal set straight on?

they are Fabia specific mounts - sorry!

Worth getting a set of genuine ones too if you're planning on taking them on and off frequently. I'm so lazy though I even leave the genuine ones on all the time

They arnt fabia specific, theres lots of cars that use the same feet, and the bars are all the same. I`v got a set of thule aero bars, think the feet are 501 type.

I use a set that use to fit my dad's old mk1 Occy if that helps.
