Alloy subframe bushes from a TT roadster.

Featured Replies

Have just received a set of OEM alloy front subframe bushes like these;

which I'm sure alot of people have already fitted but was looking through ETOS and found that the TT roadster also has uprated rear subframe bushes as well. Won't be any good for you vRS owners but may be of interest to fellow 4x4 owners.

Anybody already got them or have you gone aftermarket instead?

Good find :thumbup:

got any part numbers ?

Will try to find out a price tomorrow.

Looks like its only the rear pair that are uprated but don't see why all 4 couldn't be?

yes, i was aware of that! its just you were posting about bushes and wishbones setups...

Got a price today for the rear uprated bushes from an Audi dealer, they are £18.23 each. To do just the rear mounts as on the TT roadster would need four bushes (top and bottom parts). Would like to do all four mounts but that would come to over £145. Anybody know anywhere I could get them cheaper? Have already tried Sere Motors but they can't get them being a Seat dealer.

a breakers with them already mounted, thats probably the only way, the roadster bushes are not common, try avs also.

Have today ordered 4 bushes for £15 each delivered from an Audi dealer in Northern Ireland (Thanks to David at Sere Motors). Four bushes will be enough to do just the rear mounts on the rear subframe so will see what it's like first then hopefully get the others done.

Well four bonded 'rubber' mountings for the rear subframe turned up today;

At least they are very shiny.

They're not OEM ones surely?

Do look cool though!

Yep they are genuine parts. Have the Audi partnumber stamped on them. Got them from an Audi dealer in Northern Ireland.

Yeah, I can see the 8NO number now that I look.

They seem a bit shiny for OEM, look like something Compbrake would make.

They do look a bit bling, thought they would be rubber coated similar to the front subframe bushes really. Haven't got them fitted yet, need to order some new bolts first.
