Delayed delivery payment

Featured Replies

Hi, ordered my Yeti on 13.2.11 ~ was informed yesterday it was now in Grimsby and needed a transport order ( )...Do I quailfy for a delayed delivery payement? New to this site (well have lurked for a long time) and have always found it very informative but being a bit dim I can't work out order week number etc. If I am how do we go about claiming?

That's pretty quick - I don't think you've anywhere near reached the magic point for delay compensation. Your dealer claims on your behalf if you qualify.

Hi,

believe you ordered at the beginning of WK7 and were now at the beginning of WK26, so you may just be borderline for a payment. Depends on when Skoda UK say they received the order from your dealer not when you placed the order and the date you collect. Be best to give them a call on; 0845 7745745

Regards,

TP
