First Week

Featured Replies

Hello,

Had Yolanda for a week now. What a great car. It's a 140 cr 4x4 Elegance in Cappucino. I ordered the tyre pressure monitor so at least I opted for something - come from a Mini with 10,000 options ;)

Seriously though, the Elegacne pack has lots of bases covered doesn't it!

Running at 40mpg - 30% up on my last 2 cars - great.

Live in the Forest of Dean so loads of bendy B roads - so mpg is good for that kind of driving

Was amazed today at how fast you can push it along though. Very flat in the curves, loads of usable torque.

Just getting to grips with the maxidot options - thanks Briskoda! And have a nice downloaded manual on my iPad - thanks again :)

Strangely the Bolero radio is giving outstanding reception. There is no FM here. No radio 1 or 2, no Classic FM, no Heart, no nothing. Not in the house. Not in any car I have had. But the Snow Monster has them all. Parked right outside. My friends think it must be DAB. Or some mountain monster trick :)

Most fun I have had in car since my supercharged Mini. I tried loads before I ordered it 6 months ago. Tigauan, X Trail, Countryman, X1. Best value and most fun by a mile. and looks funky too.

If only the windscreen washers wouldn't fill the car with water. Perhaps you I should activate windows closed when wipers activate........ Now where's that manual.

Hope to meet some other owners soon!

Enjoy! There are soooo many new things to explore in an Elegance! And even after thousands of miles you will still not get all the subtleties of the various options! I have not!
