Bolero - Factory BT - Iphone 4

Featured Replies

Hi, I have been trying to find a proper answer, will an iphone 4 work with the Bolero and factory bluetooth option, and if so, what options etc do you get, my car is currently on the train/ferry or something on its way to me, and I have an iphone 4 and just want to make sure I havent wasted my money on the bluetooth function, I have been reading about iphones not always being compatible?

Thanks in advance, James.

i have iphone 4 and factory bluetooth and mine works fine both telephone and BT audio

i picked mine up in may and was a feb build so i don't think your going to have any problems

but get the dealer to show you pairing etc

It should work as you should be getting the GSM III+ which has the handsfree profile as well as rSAP.

The original GSM III only supported rSAP which the iPhone (and most Android phones) don't support

Thanks, thats a relief, was beginning to worry I had wasted my money then for a bit!

So how does the audio steaming work then, do you select you rmusic etc from the head unit, or do you select from the phone and it just stream the sound to your speakers?

But the you get full functionality then do you, phone book, hands free etc

select music on the phone then select BT audio on your HU and it streams it through but the telephone functions are all still available through maxidot and MFSW.

Got my Yeti in March. Yeti Ellagance with Bolero and bluetooth

My iPhone 4 worked 1st time and every time since. You should have no problems
