ok so the clutch bearing is noisey on my car so whist i am going to have the box out how much hassel is it to fit a six speed one in ? its a 2003 1.8 t

oh also got my exhaust done 3" from the turbo to the tail pipe with one box on it. the noise is superb and shark mapped out my second lambda

Having done it years ago I can safely say it's a big and expensive job.

why was it so expencive

oft just looked up the older posts would be cheaper getting leon n swapping it over , i just assumed it was an easy switch . was it worth it in the long run stevie ?

Yes, as I would've killed the 5 speed box in no time at all!
