EGR Delete kit problem

Featured Replies

I have decided to try and install my EGR delete kit today due to an oil leak from it. I have gotten half way through and hit a bit of a snag. Not a problem getting the old one off, my problem is getting the pipe coming from the exhaust manifold to the EGR. I'm sure I have to take this out as it fouls the delete kit. It's really tight and I can't see a way of getting to the nuts.

Has anyone gotten around this?

It's fiddly but can be done from above or below, main problem is MOT fail due to missing emissions equipment (new regs from VOSA)
