Key Fob

I was reading a thread on here about 3 button key fobs but none of the ebay links seem to work. I currently have a two button key and my spare key is just the metal key part no fob or immobilizer bit see image.

The code on my current key fob is "HLO 1J0 959 753 AG"

I'm looking for the 3 button option cause I like the independent boot open option.

So what I was wondering was I want 2 "3 button fobs" so I can replace my current 2 button one and have a working spare key. Could anyone point me to the "right" eBay links I should be looking at to get this all set up? As any eBay links I look at they say that it is just an empty key fob no circuitry. Any help would be much appreciated.
