Oxford Garage - Hurworth on Tees

Featured Replies

Wanted to recommend this local VAG specialist tucked away in Hurworth on Tees. I used to use them for servicing on my Golf until I moved to Newcastle, but having recently relocated back to Darlington, I was pleased to see that the standard of work, and professionalism of Keiron the proprieter has not changed since I last used them around 5 years ago.

Booked the vRS in with about 2 weeks notice for an Inspection Service, could have had it in much earlier but I'm definitely a planner and like things to be organised well in advance :giggle: I took advantage of the free loan car too (VW Fox) which actually had 1/4 tank of fuel in it. Other garages where I've been given a loan car, the refuel light is normally always on.

Car ready mid afternoon, arrived to find everything ready, service book stamped and correct boxes ticked for the schedule. They'd even cleaned off any dirty marks from the wheels when they'd had them off (had washed the car the day before) and hubs greased. Oil & fluids all look clean.

Customer service absolutely on the money from the beginning, and the cost was reasonable too.
