Air intake trouble

I have 170 HP, 2.0 TDI in my Octavia RS. I have driven it for 230.000 km without a single problem, but recently a problem occured.

Orange control light for "heeting" (spiral) comes on, "engine Foult" on display and safe programme of engine runing is the chain of event. After stopping the engine and restarting it, it is back to normal (until it happens again).

I have noticed this is happening after comming from the tunnel or in rain much more often than in dry weather.

In shop they have told me that there is a problem in air intake. Could be the pipes/fittings, or valves, or hatch of turbo or turbo itself. They can not tel exactly from fault code. Is this true/possible?

Do you have any suggestion?
