Nice work, no worries about extra leads hanging around !

mine will charge up ox but if i dont uses the car for a few days and the ipod is flat it wont work untill it has had some charge put back into it about 15 mins of driving then its starts up ok.

Yes change track and volume etc not sure you can shuffle up and down on the steering wheel, I have admunsen which does all that anyway.
