2nd gear synchro problem

Hi there,I believe Skoda issued a Technical Bulletin regarding a problem with 2nd gear synchro ring problem.

Is there anyway I can get a copy of this as I have a wee bit of a dispute with them.

Car only 4 years old, 24000 miles and crunching from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd, trying to get them to stump up

a goodwill payment towards the cost.

Had gearbox repaired and just got bill today, £600 for labour and £615 for parts.

Has anyone else had this repair done outwith warranty and what was the cost.

I think this is a bit excessive, but don't really know as have nothing to compare it with.
