Problem Telefone module HT-4 in maxidot

Good day,

I have a customer with his Skoda Octavia 1Z with a RNS-310 in it (before that there was a swing mounted) . The dealer place a HT-2 (RSAP) in the car for his Nokia cell phone and he can used his phone with the maxidot display. No problem and worked well untill he gets a new phone and that one can't connected with the HT-2.

Now there was placed a HT-4 and must be plug and play. But after that the telephone function in the maxidot display is gone. Ànd i got a logfile and see some thing but I not now how to fix this? Is that to programm it with vcds or is there some other way.

Is the some programming to do in VCDS to get this working again? The customer lives not around the corner but is willing to come over because there was someone who gets not futher then the following log file:
