car seat options

Featured Replies

hi. this is my first post.

i just recently bought a skoda octavia 4x4 1.9tdi 06

other than having to get used to the engine noise as its my first diesel. i am totally loving this car.

i am a large lad and i am finding on long trips the plastic along the side of the seat is digging into my leg and its uncomfortable (yes i know loose weight but this is who i am)

any idea of what other seats would fit in the octavia that do not have the plastic trip. i know the octavia 04 seat does not have it but will it fit??

thank you

I have the OCTY 2 Scout and my wife had the same problem. We got a seat pad which lifts your hips up, and the seat sides no longer push on the thighs this did the trick.I used a Halfords one, but any will do I think.

My octy seats killed my back so I swopped the front ones for golf mark5 ones which are much better .No mods needed as straight swap and airbag connection the same .I got a full set of golf seats for 50 quid of ebay .hope that helps .
