My car always idle at 900 rpm?does anyone here idle their engine below that?whts the correct idling rpm?

I have read that the idling speed is 900 rpm, plus or minus 100 rpm. (Autodata)

Mine idles at 800 rpm, though that is a slightly different engine.

Yep, my 105PS 1.9PD idles at 900, and very happily too.
