Bodyshop reccomendations in the teeside area

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Looks like my Occy VRS is going to need to go in for some work on a dint and a scratch on the tailgate/bumper. I've never had any call to use a bodyshop in the past, and as such am in the process of trying to gather quotes from a few local bodyshops.

As scuh was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations in the Stockton, Boro, Yarm, Hartlepool, Darlington area?

Cheers

I too have a small dent I need sorting out. Have been recommended Autospray on Weir Street in Darlington, by a few people.

I work just around the corner, may pop in on them - see if they will quote any lower than some of the Bingo numbers that others have quoted me :(

Graham,

Might be a bit far for you to go mate, but ive booked mine in with The Paint Place in Thornaby, was recommended by my Mechanic, who uses them on his MR2. Gave us a very competetive quote and seems a decent fella.

Works getting done in a couple of weeks, will report back with the result

Got the car back the other day, all i can say is that he's done a top notch job. Cant tell there was ever any defects.

Howard who runs the place is a top bloke, he explained all of the costs involved and how most bodyshops make a huge amount of profit on any repairs they carry out. His was the cheapest quote by a long shot and i am more than happy with the work.

He operates on reccomendations only so i said i would post on here.

Cheers
