Sorry if this isnt in the correct place but

I booked tickets for ford fair on sunday @silverstone through Seetickets back on the 21/6 and they have not arrived as yet so was getting a bit worried so emailed seetickets and the Response was thats they would be "duplicate" tickets waiting for me at the box office.Now i have been to silverstone a few times and bought tickets from the little ticket boxes in the carpark but never noticed a "box office" so phoned silverstone and asked where it was.Their reply was "we dont have a box office".Great! back to seetickets and their response was just to confirm that "there was tickets at the box office waiting for me".

has anyone collected tickets from the "box office" on the day of an event at silverstone? If so where did you go?

Can't say I've ever seen a ticket office at silverstone.

i cant be of much help as i dont know about facilities at silverstone.

what i can say is that i have used seetickets many times and consider them to be very efficient and reputable.

i have recommended them to friends and relatives and have not heard any negative comments.

i hope this helps to put your mind at ease.

yes ,glad i did now.i cant say i have either they have the ticketbooths in the carpark and the gatehouse by the car main gate thats why i called silverstone but was told they dont have a box office but seetickets are adament that they will be there(where ever there is).

i have used them loads myself infact more than ticketmaster as i have found them to be cheaper and reliable.

tried googling it and no luck either.

There is a visitor centre near the main entrance / car park. I've collected tickets from there before, for GT1 championships.

Get to first r/b outside entrance, car parks on your left (turn right at r/b for Force India HQ!!) then turn left and head upto towards entrance gates. Just before gates turn left across top of car park - if you look left across car park you will see the visitor centre. Follow the road round and there is a little car park behind it.

Now I'm not saying this IS the "box office" but could be !!

little update i emailed silverstone back on tuesday before i called them and have got this reply today.

Hi Brian,

Ticket collection will be open on Sunday in the Car Park 49 cabin office.
